Mission Statement:
The Bagnell Port Authority was established to enhance the public access and safety to the historic Bagnell Dam Strip, located in the heart of Lake Ozark at the Bagnell Dam. Through planned development the Bagnell Port Authority will provide maximum recreational access to the waters of Lake Ozark for tourists and citizens, while keeping safety and the public’s best interest a top priority.

Services:
The Port Authority will provide, professional management, operations, and maintenance for the mutual benefit of existing businesses and proposed future growth by promoting economic development for the City of Lake Ozark.

History:
For over 75 years the citizens of Lake Ozark and surrounding communities as well as visitors and tourists have not had public access to waterfront on the Bagnell Dam Strip. This is soon to change with plans in place to make available to the public for the first time boat slips, restrooms, and public areas to view the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks.
